SmartKhata is made in Sri Lanka by Rivvn Tech, for shops that run a credit book and do not want accounting software. It is a young product and we would rather tell you what it does today than show you testimonials we have not earned.
The notebook works because it is fast and everyone understands it. SmartKhata keeps that shape — a name, an amount, a date — and adds only what paper cannot do: a total that is always right, a history nobody can dispute, and a reminder you can send without calling.
Rupees, not dollars. WhatsApp, not email. English, Sinhala and Tamil, because the customer receiving a reminder should be able to read it. Payment by bank transfer as well as card, because that is how a lot of businesses here actually pay.
The mobile app records offline and syncs when it can. A dropped connection at the counter should not stop you serving a customer.
SmartKhata is a young product. We would rather tell you what it does today than show you testimonials we have not earned. If something you need is missing, tell us — right now that feedback genuinely shapes what gets built next.
