Data Deletion
You’re in control of your data. Here’s how to request that your SmartKhata account and business data be deleted.
How to request deletion
- Email rivvntech@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”, including your registered email address and business name.
- We’ll verify that the request comes from the account owner.
- Once verified, we delete your account and business data from our systems and confirm completion by email within 7 days.
Data we collect
Account information (name, email), business details (name, contact, address, bank details), your customers’ names/phone numbers and transaction records, and any logo or receipt images you’ve uploaded. See our Privacy Policy for the full list.
What happens after deletion
Your account, business profile, ledger records, and uploaded images are removed from our active systems, and you’ll no longer be able to sign in. We may retain limited data where required by law (for example, financial records for tax or audit purposes) or in anonymized/aggregated form that can no longer identify you.
